Gentle Flow is a slow-paced practice that features calming poses and an emphasis on stretching and breathing. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.
Awareness of the breath helps to calm the mind and enables you to move deeper into the stretches. And as the body softens, the mind receives clarity and space.
All levels welcome!

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic energetic yoga class which focuses on building strength and flexibility in the body, while maintaining the focus on mindful movements and breath awareness.
Different options and modifications will be provided during the class in order to keep the practice open and suitable to all practitioners's levels.
The class is donation based.

Pregnancy is a transitional time for women, when many physical & emotional changes take place. Prenatal Yoga is about honoring these changes in ourselves and our body as we connect to the baby throughout these nine months.
Yoga postures help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, keep the body flexible, alleviate many common discomforts of pregnancy, while finding focus through balance & the breath to connect mother and baby and prepare for a healthy, mindful, more natural approach to the challenges of labor and birth.
Each class incorporates slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility as well as deep breathing, relaxation and meditation that can be practiced safely through all trimesters (clearing any medical issues with the care provider).
